Emilia Kylsäter

Emilia specialises in insurance and reinsurance, mainly providing clients with legal expertise in insurance-related matters. She represents both national and international clients, frequently advising on regulatory issues concerning insurance operations, insurance contract law, and the insurance distribution regulation (IDD). Emilia is also highly experienced in supporting clients with claims management. In addition to her insurance expertise, she also manages general commercial and corporate matters, including corporate law, contractual law, and real estate- and commercial tenancy law.
